Job Description:

• Record and carry out preventive measurements for all machineries at plant.
• Receive work order and do repair work. Keep record for affected time loss calculation.
• Order spare parts for machineries at production lines, office, rebar yard and batching plant.
• Repair and carry out services according to daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly.
• Manage maintenance team for all kind of preventive, repair and maintenance works.
• Special attention on gensets. Daily inspection and maintenance to avoid any breakdown.
• Prepare daily reports & maintain accurate downtime records for future analysis to incorporate into preventive maintenance & schedule maintenance with aims to reduce repetitive cases.
• Spare parts maintenance: Ensure all critical spare parts available to minimize downtime of critical machineries like batching plant, cranes, stirrup machine, genset that are affecting daily production.
• Equipment downtime to keep below 1%.
• Establish Preventive Maintenance master plan for all equipment; daily, weekly, month & yearly.
• Establish equipment health, critical spare parts & maintain inventory in accordance to the need to maintain downtime below 1%.

Job Requirements:

• License: A1 for Chargemen
• At least 2 to 3 years experiences in related field

Salary Range:

• From RM3500 to RM4500 (depend to working experience)
