Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee initiatives in SEO/SEM, website development and management, and email marketing. This role plays a key part in strengthening the company’s online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting lead generation and brand awareness through data‑driven digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & SEM Strategy and Execution
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
- Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, and on‑page/off‑page optimization.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid campaigns to achieve cost‑effective results.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
2. Website Development & Management
- Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and overall performance of company websites.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on web design, UX improvements, and feature enhancements.
- Conduct periodic website audits to ensure technical health, SEO compliance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Plan and implement landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation goals.
3. Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Manage email databases, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and refine strategies based on analytics.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze website, campaign, and traffic data using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Provide insights to guide digital marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Manage performance dashboards and present regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to SEO, SEM, website management, and email marketing.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, WordPress (or similar CMS), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Experience managing website projects and coordinating with designers or developers.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative, data‑driven, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willing to undertake a 3‑month attachment in Singapore, with expenses for meals, accommodation, and flights sponsored by the company.
