Manager Production jobs in Malaysia

THIS POSITION IS BASED AT KLK HARDWOOD FLOORING SDN BHD, LOCATED IN IPOH, PERAK.

• Lead and manage production and planning teams to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Oversee daily operations to maximise machine capacity, reduce waste, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Develop and implement strategies and standards for efficient, high-quality production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members for peak performance.
• Prepare and approve necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or equivalent (strong industry experience may be considered).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience in production line operations.
• Strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards is an advantage.
