Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
• 2 - 4 years experience in Drug Substance manufacturing or related operations.
• Strong understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP in all operations.
• Manage production planning and inventory control for timely raw material availability.
• Lead investigations and implement CAPA for deviations and non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
