Job summary
A medical device manufacturing company in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of operators. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in production and manufacturing. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth production operations, managing staff performance, and maintaining quality standards. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and strong communication and leadership skills. The role requires the ability to work in rotating 8-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in production & manufacturing supervisory roles.
- Good communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a group of manufacturing operators.
- Ensure production lines run smoothly with minimal downtime.
