We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive (Exp in Chemical Eng/Pharmaceutical industry) to join our team at COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Tanjung Langsat Johor. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in our Chemical Engineering operations.

Job Description

• Plan, organize, and manage daily workshop and production activities to meet production targets.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, GMP, ISO, safety, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production performance, yield, cost, and efficiency; implement improvement actions.
• Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness.
• Ensure workplace safety, environmental, and occupational health compliance.
• Monitor product quality, review production records, and handle quality deviations.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff to maintain performance and discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
