Job description

Responsible in daily production operation to ensure produce good products, keep 5’S, safety and good work environment at workplace by follow work procedure and instruction from superior and above from time to time.

To perform daily production operation by always follow work procedure to ensure produce quality product and at the same time keep productivity, safety and good working environment.

To do daily analysis and reporting to another department.

Stop production and report immediately any abnormality encounter.

To manage as middle management to report any abnormal in production line.

Always follow the rules and regulation.

To report everyday on production performance and investigate if occur any abnormality in production line

To keep KPI achievement and ensure daily target achieved.

Academic qualification and skills required:

Bachelor's in electronic, Manufacturing Engineering or any related field with at least 3 years' experience in production operation and management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.

Quality oriented with continuous improvement mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
