A global logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a visionary Finance Shared Service Center Manager to lead the establishment and operation of a new center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in designing shared service models, and a solid background in financial operations. This key role aims to create a high-performing center that delivers efficient financial services and continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in setting up and managing financial shared service centers.
- Strong understanding of shared service models and financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the Finance Shared Service Center.
- Recruit, onboard, and build a skilled team for financial operations.
- Oversee the transition of financial processes to the shared service center.
