Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in an accounting role in the General/Life Insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at a Senior Management level.
• Cantonese language preferred, along with leadership and mentoring skills.
• Extensive experience as a people manager.
• Ability to organize and control large accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team in Finance, ensuring clear engagement and career pathways.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to the leadership group.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability through cost control and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Group Office reporting deadlines.
