Hotel Finance Specialist
Job summary
A leading hotel in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive to support daily financial operations, including payroll and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable/payable and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance or accounting.
- Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and staff claims.
- Maintain financial records and accounting documents accurately.
- Support cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll preparation and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies.
