Job summary

A leading trade company in Kuala Selangor is seeking an individual for bookkeeping and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle financial documentation, manage day-to-day operations, and support cost control and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing contracts and invoices, coordinating order processing, and ensuring efficient workflows with internal departments. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Handle basic bookkeeping, data entry and internal accounting.
  • Prepare monthly profit & loss reports and margin reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, perform client and supplier reconciliation.
  • Assist in cashflow tracking and payment preparation.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations and credit notes if required.
  • Work closely with management on cost control and financial reporting.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements and administrative documents.
  • Manage company documentation, filing and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery arrangements and customer updates.
  • Assist in procurement, stock monitoring or supplier follow-ups.
  • Support daily office administration and general operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments for smooth workflow.
