Print Design Knowledge: Prepare print-ready design files with appropriate bleed lines and color codes, ensuring they meet printing standards. Oversee production quality and coordinate logistics to deliver materials, such as brochures and business cards, to clients.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 to 12 years in a senior creative or design leadership role, within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Video Creation & Editing Proficiency: Ability to produce and edit videos independently, with at least intermediate-level skills in video editing software.

Advanced AI Skills: Proficiency in using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL‑E, Canva, or similar) to create high-quality designs and improve efficiency.

Multitasking with Design Tools: Strong command of various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Canva, and other tools to quickly produce multiple assets in a short timeframe.

WordPress Proficiency: Familiar with WordPress functions, able to manage and update website content confidently with a skill level of at least 70%.

Print Production Knowledge: Practical understanding of print design and production processes, including file preparation for items such as brochures, name cards, and other physical materials.

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (at least 70% proficiency in each) to support bilingual copywriting and communicate frequently with colleagues in other countries.
