About the Role

Store Supervisor will manage and oversee the daily operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of electronic components, raw materials, and finished goods in accordance with company standards and ESD safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory & Stock Management – Responsible for supervising inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and maintaining FIFO/FEFO practices for date‑sensitive materials.
  • ESD Compliance – Ensure proper handling, storage, and issuance of ESD‑sensitive materials in compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 or IEC 61340 standards, and enforce EPA rules within the store.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise and guide warehouse staff by assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and providing training on material handling, safety, and ESD compliance.
  • Documentation & System Updates – Ensure accurate recording of all material movements, maintain proper inventory records, and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth material flow.
  • Safety & Housekeeping – Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring hazardous materials are stored properly.
  • Audits & Reporting – Prepare stock reports, support audits, resolve inventory discrepancies, enforce store access control and document compliance, and take disciplinary action for non‑compliance with safety and work standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store supervision, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse systems.
  • Requires knowledge of ESD‑safe practices, ability to work in ESD‑controlled environments and shifts, and possession of ESD Awareness/Control certification.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • May involve standing, lifting, and physical material handling.
  • Inventory or Supply Chain Management Certificate (e.g., APICS).
