Job summary
A recruitment agency in Johor Bahru is seeking a motivated Sales Manager / Business Developer Manager to lead the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Responsibilities include increasing clientele, managing staff, and preparing business performance reports. Candidates with experience in freight services are especially encouraged to apply. This role offers a competitive salary up to RM10,000.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in freight services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of client management required.
Responsibilities
- Increase clientele and revenue through sales.
- Build relationships with key customers.
- Overall management of the Sales Department.
- Lead and manage staff towards achieving goals.

Education

- Prepare and submit report on overall business performance or business activity.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Experience in freight services preferred.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
