Responsibilities
  • Plan and follow up on shipping schedules and shipment execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
  • Manage forecast (A-FCST), customer commitments, and MPSP to support MRP demand planning.
  • Handle DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases, including coordination with internal teams and customers.
  • Manage EOL (End‑Life) materials, ensuring proper planning, communication, and execution.
  • Receive and process Master Production Schedule (MPS) from customers.
  • Review overall material availability and production status, and provide accurate delivery commitments to customers.
  • Monitor and control production progress to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Work closely with internal logistics teams and customer‑appointed logistics partners to coordinate shipping plans and arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers’ logistics teams.
  • Prepare and provide customer‑specific reports in accordance with agreed formats and timelines.
  • Support cross‑functional coordination with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in order management, supply chain, or production planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
