Role Purpose

To ensure that credit risk exposure on the entire AR ledgers is proactively analyzed and that adequate recommendations and follow-up actions are taken to constructively limit/mitigate the credit risk exposure, while maintaining compliance with order to cash policies and other collection strategies.

Job Descriptions

• Perform credit analysis and financial statement reviews when onboarding new customers, and recommend trading terms and conditions in line with credit policies and guidelines.
• Analyze outstanding AR ledgers to identify potential risk customers and coordinate mitigation measures.
• Conduct in-depth analysis at the legal entity level to assess potential risk customers and provide reporting and action plans related to collections, sales, CFO, and OTC community at country, regional, and possibly global levels.
• Ensure adequate follow-up on identified risks and gaps.
• Arrange, coordinate, and lead regular meetings, visit customers, and work towards improved customer satisfaction while mitigating trading risks.
• Agree and coordinate credit risk mitigation measures with Sales, CDM, credit collection, credit administration, operations, H&G, CFO, and OTC teams.
• Advise and coordinate process improvements related to credit risk mitigation across the entire OTC chain.
