Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PQE as advocate & solicitors or in-house counsel.
• Possess experience in corporate, litigation, commercial, banking, leasing and property matters.
• Self-disciplined, responsible, self-motivated and dynamic personality.
• Able to work independently, meticulous and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting & reviewing of commercial contracts, tenancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research & monitor developments in laws and regulations affecting the Company.
• Provide legal advice to business stakeholders on a wide range of subject areas, including corporate, enterprise, commercial, regulatory, employment and labor related contracts/matters/issues; data privacy; dispute resolutions/litigation management; new business products and models including Cloud, SaaS, AI etc.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external solicitors on legal matters and disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• Minimum 3 years of PQE as advocate & solicitors or in-house counsel
• Possess experience in corporate, litigation, commercial, banking, leasing and property matters.
