• 1- Responsible for operation and maintenance of the boiler
• 2- Guardian of boiler operation to ensure steam supply adequate for production.
• 3- Daily inspection at the boiler on gauge glass, safety valve, burner flame, chimney, smoke emission, exhaust gas temperature and level, circulation pump pressure, water supply tank and blowdown valve.
• 4- Sent water sample to Laboratory for Total Dissolve Solid (TDS) test.
• 5- Conduct inspection on steam piping and steam header in the plant.
• 6- To assist the implementation of preventive maintenance for all machinery in the plant.
• 7- Supervise boiler maintenance job for DOSH annual inspection.
• 8- To carry out other instructions from superior on matter pertaining to maintenance job.
• 9- Perform housekeeping in Boiler room and waste water plant.
• 10- Perform additional tasks as and when needed / requested by superiors.
• 11- Perform confined space and gas setting task when requested.
• 12- To comply all standard instructions and procedures.
• 13- Ensure adherence to quality standards and Safety & Health regulations.
• 14- Ensure compliance of Company’s SOP and quality standard such as Safety&Health (DOSH), ISO 13485 & GMP.
