Job Description

• Manage and oversee jetty operational activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and coordinate shipment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with the Stock Section, Independent Surveyor, and Laboratory Section during operational activities.
• Identify and report any non-conformance or abnormalities in customer instructions to the Commercial Unit.
• Monitor operational processes to meet company targets and compliance standards.
• Supervise and motivate operational staff to maintain productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of shipment operations.
