Résumé du poste
A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in daily store operations, supervise staff, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience as a cashier and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications. This position requires someone who can work from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and has a commitment to maintaining service standards and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Ability to work from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Experience as a cashier.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Responsabilités
- Assist the Retail Supervisor in managing daily store operations.
- Supervise and guide retail staff to ensure service standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards.
