Job summary
A multinational manufacturing company in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is looking for a Finance Executive. Responsibilities include managing intercompany invoicing, handling fixed asset management, and liaising with banks on guarantees. The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accountancy and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and SAP skills. Qualifications

- Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Comfortable communicating with international counterparts in English.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for intercompany invoicing according to SLA arrangement.
- Perform daily sub-assembly module closing with coordination with operations.
- Manage the fixed asset module, including capitalization of assets and scrap process.
- Liaise with bankers on bank guarantee application.
- Perform account receivable (AR) reconciliation with related companies.
- Update and create vendor master data based on approved requests.
Skills
Education

- Liaise with bankers on bank guarantee application.
- Perform account receivable (AR) reconciliation with related companies.
- Vendor master data update and creation based on approval provided by Procurements.
- Perform any other related duties as requested by the immediate superior (Group Manager – Finance & Controlling) and senior management (General Manager – Finance & Controlling) from time to time.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy. ACCA, CPA or MIA is highly desired.
- At least 3 years of related working experience in a multinational environment of manufacturing industry.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP.
- Must be able to work independently and team player.
- Comfortable communicating with international counterparts in English.
