As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘satisfied or very satisfied’. From a friendly and professional welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services
• Develop a network of customers both in-store and online to build relationships
• Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty program

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Understand departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store
• Increase sales using available resources and tools
• Arrange store layout according to guidelines and principles
• Create high-quality store displays to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper stock levels using the replenishment system

3. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures

4. Development and Skills

• Participate in training and develop skills to become a trainer if desired
