4. Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend suitable products and services
5. Develop and maintain customer relationships both in-store and online
6. Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports
7. Encourage subscription/registration for the loyalty program to improve customer information

9. Align with the department's goals and work with the team to achieve them
10. Promote innovation and the sports experience in-store
11. Utilize resources and tools to boost sales
12. Arrange store layout according to guidelines and principles

14. Maintain attractive store presentation to satisfy customers
15. Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system
