As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities

  1. Welcome customers professionally
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing suitable solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
  3. Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services
  4. Develop relationships with customers both in store and online
  5. Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports
  6. Encourage loyalty card registration to improve customer information
  7. Align with Decathlon Malaysia's goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them
  8. Promote innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience
  9. Maximize sales using available resources and tools
  10. Arrange store layout according to guidelines and ensure high-quality presentation
  11. Maintain proper stock levels using the automatic replenishment system
  12. Enforce safety and security standards to protect people and goods
  13. Participate in training to develop skills further

Profile & Requirements

  • Students or individuals seeking a part-time position are encouraged to apply
  • Hourly rate: RM13.56
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
