A leading educational institution in Malaysia seeks a Senior Education Counsellor to support its Business Development Team. This role involves driving the sales pipeline by achieving individual and team sales targets through various channels. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in the education sector. Strong customer service and counseling skills, as well as proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin, are essential.
The Senior Education Counselor, Business Development (B2C) – Central is responsible for supporting the Business Development Team of Taylor's Higher Education (Taylor's University and Taylor's College). He/she is accountable for achieving the team and individual sales targets, which supports Taylor's University and Taylor's College sales targets, by driving the team Sales Pipeline (Lead, Contact, Appointment, Visit, Enrolment and Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels.
He/she is also accountable for achieving the team and individual sales leads generation target through Partner Secondary Schools, Exhibitions, and other feeder channels assigned from outstation region.
