Job summary

A leading technology company in Selangor is hiring an Executive - Business Development to drive key business decisions across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience are required. Knowledge in robotics and automation is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Experience in robotics technology, automation, or high-tech solutions is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 integration/programming is a plus.

Overview

Join KYM as an Executive - Business Development! Drive key business decisions across Southeast Asia by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives. Monitor sales performance and support achievement of company objectives. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business partners to align solutions with market needs.
  • Collaboration & Others: Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions for clients. Participate in sales initiatives and activities that support company goals. Continuously improve skills through training and development.
