A global customer service provider is seeking a Japanese Speaker as a Customer Service Executive for January intake. The role involves handling reservations for a prestigious airline, providing assistance via phone and email, and resolving customer complaints. Candidates must possess JLPT-N2 or above in Japanese and good English skills are a plus. This position operates on a shift basis and offers incentives, health insurance, and accommodation for expatriates.
You will be serving a world famous airlines agency.
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail.
Modify, change and/or cancel existing booking.
Act as a liaison between customer and airlines to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Qualifications :
Working days/hours: 5 days per week(including weekends & public holidays), 9 Hours Per Day(including 1hour lunch & 30minute break)
