A global technology company is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to lead and develop a team of vendor managers. This role involves overseeing partner delivery operations, managing escalations, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 8 years of experience in vendor management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.
Lead and develop a team of vendor managers, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Oversee day‑to‑day partner delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
Manage escalations, service disruptions, and issue resolution with agility and professionalism.
Conduct regular performance reviews and governance meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Service Delivery, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technical teams to align partner execution with business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the partner ecosystem.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and audit readiness for all partner activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
8+ years of experience in vendor or partner management, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Proven track record in managing service delivery operations across multiple geographies.
Strong understanding of SLA/KPI frameworks, compliance, and governance models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with partner delivery models (e.g., Partner Sold, Partner Delivered) is a plus.
Candidates from product companies preferred.
