Job Description

• To Design, develop and implement assigned training modules.
• Provide training support for sales channels and program for the sales agent.
• Develop or enhance and manage training support for agents.
• Effectively communicate to ensure training support & activity is conducted appropriately.
• Execute Training Needs Analysis according to company’s Best Practices.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills with other trainers.
• Fulfill the role of trainer leader.
