We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalHR Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manpower planning, KPI reporting, administrative tasks, and system troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Analyze workforce data to support strategic manpower planning and decision-making

Prepare and tabulate data for manpower budget and summary

Assess HR metrics, including manpower needs, outlet openings, and closures

Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

Coordinate office administration tasks and maintain office supplies inventory

Liaise with IT support to resolve technical issues efficiently

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems

Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

Proven experience in HR analytics, administration, or a similar role

Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting tools

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
