Are you an experienced Marketing Professional who is excited to be part of an innovative, dynamic, and growing organization? GSK’s Malaysia Vaccines team is looking for a Product Manager to drive a new launch, build & implement innovative marketing plans to meet the brand’s objectives, and achieve successful entry in Healthy Ageing and Adult Immunization. Reporting to the Adult Vaccines Marketing Manager, you will have over-arching responsibility for creating strong marketing strategies and campaigns for respective brands in the Malaysia Adult Vaccines market.
As a key member of the close-knit Vaccines Marketing Team, your responsibilities include:
Develop an understanding of the adult vaccines market including the competitor landscape and details relating to the national immunization program processes and structures.
Lead the development and implementation of brand strategy to create robust, innovative, and multichannel marketing campaigns that will differentiate brand, drive adoption and rapid uptake of adult vaccination.
Develop impactful 360 disease awareness campaigns to help drive consumer awareness of the relevant vaccine‑preventable disease(s) and their impact on health and quality of life.
Develop engaging and interactive content of various durations and formats by embracing ‘DDCx’ principles in content creation, tailoring content for certain customer segments where appropriate.
Establish strong and optimal relationships with external bodies (Payors, Patient Associations, and KOLs, Medical societies) as relevant.
Partner with medical, compliance, and legal through the development, localisation, and approval phases of marketing and consumer campaigns to ensure all materials are held to the highest standards.
Develop and implement a measure of content effectiveness to be able to quantifyably measure improvement in content over time.
Ensure adequate documentation and monitoring of campaign plans and tracking expenditure.
Act in full compliance with GSK policies and ways of working, values, and expectations.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for self‑driven professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Sciences (MBA is a plus)
At least 4 years’ experience pharmaceutical sales and marketing including experience in developing and delivering multichannel promotional campaigns & non‑promotional consumer disease awareness campaigns with end‑to‑end content creation and agency management experience.
Strong communication, presentation skills & stakeholder management skills.
Good project management skills.
Creative problem solving and analytical thinking.
Strong sense of ownership & proactiveness.
Open to taking on new challenges and learning new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
