A dynamic online education provider is looking for an Online Course Host to manage and facilitate their online learning courses utilizing Zoom. Responsibilities include engaging participants, moderating Q&A sessions, and assisting with video editing tasks. Candidates must demonstrate strong English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and experience with online events. A stable internet connection and a suitable work environment are essential. - Ability to perform real-time translation during live sessions.

- Engage participants and manage session flow.
- Review all course content prior to sessions.

We are looking for an Online Course Host to support and manage our online learning courses conducted via Zoom and e-learning platforms.
- Host and moderate live online courses professionally.
- Introduce speakers, manage session flow, and engage participants.
- Moderate Q&A, chat, and interactive activities.
- Translate questions or comments from audience to speaker during Q&A sessions (English ↔ Bahasa Indonesia when required).
- Mark exercises, monitor attendance, and maintain class discipline.
- Work closely with the Zoom Course Briefing Team to ensure smooth session delivery.
- Review and understand all course content prior to each Zoom session.
- Assist with video editing for course recordings and teaser videos.
- Assist with other tasks or duties assigned by superior when required.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (must).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, professional, and engaging on camera presence.
- Experience hosting webinars, online courses, or virtual events.
- Able to perform real-time translation during live Q&A.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / similar) preferred.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and consistent.
- Passionate about technology, learning innovation, and professional growth.
- Stable internet connection and suitable home working environment.
