A leading automotive service provider in Malaysia is looking for a dedicated Consultant to aid customers in their car-buying journey. In this role, you will work in a dynamic sales environment, assist customers in finding their ideal vehicles, and guide them through the entire purchasing process, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Strong sales experience and customer service skills are essential as you help build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualificações
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or the airline industry.
- Strong focus on customer needs and relationship building.
Responsabilidades
- Work in a high-energy sales environment with a team to meet goals.
- Attend to inquiries from walk-in and website customers.
- Use knowledge of inventory to assist customers in finding suitable vehicles.
- Guide customers through the sales process including financing applications.
- Complete documentation to ensure smooth transactions.

- Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
- Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
- Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
- Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
