Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish ER processes, workflows, procedures, and policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance reviews.
• Conduct orientation and training sessions.
• Develop and manage employee relations programs.
• Act as first point of contact for workplace concerns.
• Maintain records of disciplinary actions.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze root causes.
