Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end trade claim verification, including trade promotions, rebates, discounts, and credit notes.
  • Handle Delivery Order Billing, Sub-DOB, transport charges, and distributor billing accuracy.
  • Process monthly distributor incentives, trade program payouts, and salary subsidies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, logistics, and finance on claim discrepancies and supporting documents.
  • Track claim timelines to ensure timely recovery and accurate claim settlement.
  • Prepare monthly reports on trade claims, incentives, and recovery performance.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
  • Experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or similar fast-moving environments is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with trade claims, promotions, rebates, incentives, or billing processes (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
