Job description

Transporting Employer and Family Members: Safely drive the employer, family members, and guests to various locations, including business meetings, appointments, social events, airports, etc.

Daily Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition by performing routine checks such as oil levels, tire pressure, brake functionality, and cleanliness. Arrange for servicing or repairs as needed.

Route Planning: Plan efficient and timely routes to ensure punctual arrivals while considering traffic conditions, weather, and other external factors.

Safety: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit. Follow all traffic laws and road regulations. Avoid any accidents or incidents by driving cautiously.

Schedule Management: Coordinate daily schedules with the employer to ensure transportation is available for all appointments and activities.

Vehicle Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times, ensuring it is clean inside and out, and presentable for the employer and guests.

Running Errands: Occasionally run errands as requested, such as picking up groceries, dry cleaning, or other tasks.

Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of the employer and ensure confidentiality regarding any personal information or activities.

Handling Documentation: Keep records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and any expenses related to the vehicle.
