Architectural Design & Coordination Specialist
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to ensure the design intent is met throughout all project stages. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture and 3-5 years of experience in design and construction, preferably in large-scale commercial projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit are essential. This position includes coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to resolve technical issues and manage architectural drawings effectively.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of working experience in both design and construction environments.
- Experience in large-scale commercial projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design works between consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Review and manage architectural drawings and specifications.
- Work closely with the design team to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in tracking design progress and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Prepare and submit documents for authority approval.
