MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Manager to lead and drive the growth of our online retail platforms. This role is perfect for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of digital sales channels, user experience, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. You will oversee the daily operations of our eCommerce business, implement strategies to boost online revenue, and ensure a seamless customer experience across platforms.

• Manage and optimize all aspects of the eCommerce site, including product listings, content, SEO, inventory updates, and user journey.

• Develop and execute online sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.

• Analyze website traffic, sales data, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure product visibility, branding, and on-time delivery.

• Oversee product uploads, pricing strategy, and category management across various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and technology partners.

• Ensure optimal functionality of website and mobile interfaces, working closely with developers to implement new features and improvements.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and digital customer experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in managing eCommerce operations or online retail businesses.

• Demonstrated experience in growing online revenue through performance-driven strategies.

• Experience with product merchandising, catalog management, and inventory coordination.

• Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday

• Flexible working hours (with availability during core business hours)

• Occasional weekend or after-hours support during major campaigns or product launches

• In-depth knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems and digital marketplaces.
