Job summary
A leading educational institution in Iskandar Puteri seeks a full-time Boarding Assistant to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. The role includes daily supervision, providing emotional support, and assisting with academic needs. Ideal candidates are caring, responsible, and passionate about student wellbeing, ready to contribute to a safe and nurturing environment. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a school or residential setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision of boarders according to the duty roster.
- Maintain safety and emotional welfare of all boarding students.
- Supervise Evening Study Hall sessions.
- Assist with meal arrangements and logistics.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive boarding culture.
