Job summary
A leading company in the electrical industry is seeking a Toolmaker / Toolmaker Senior (CNC Programmer) in Johor, Malaysia. The role involves scheduling toolroom machine activities, supervising operators, interpreting engineering drawings, and conducting trial runs to ensure optimal CNC and EDM tooling operations. Candidates should possess a diploma or certificate in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of experience in CNC programming and toolroom operations. This position requires a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming and toolroom operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage daily toolroom machine activities.
- Supervise machine operators and oversee tooling and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct initial trial runs and validate programs.
