Job summary

A logistics company based in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator. The role involves handling shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with procedures, and supporting daily logistics operations. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Business with at least 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics, alongside strong computer skills and communication abilities in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in shipping or logistics.
• Knowledge of import & export procedures.
• Proficient in computer applications & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping documentation for import & export.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate shipments with shipping companies, transporters, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure shipments are carried out smoothly, on time, and in compliance with procedures.
• Monitor shipping records and prepare related reports.
• Support daily logistics operations including stock in/out coordination.
