A leading manufacturing company in Johor seeks a Program Manager to oversee project execution and communication with clients. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years in program management, preferably in the EMS industry. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, and resolving customer issues. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory, while knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. The position offers a structured 5-day work week.
Lead program execution and act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring all requirements and feedback are managed promptly.
Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are on schedule.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to drive a successful program lifecycle.
Monitor production plan, shipment commitments, and revenue tracking.
Organize, track, and prepare necessary reporting for customers.
Update and maintain internal databases/spreadsheets for assigned projects, such as PO management.
Manage customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure.
