Job summary
A leading electrical engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to budgets and standards. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering construction and have strong technical knowledge of electrical systems. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical engineering construction.
- Knowledge of applicable codes in the industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
