Developing and implementing maintenance plans, including preventative and corrective maintenance.

Scheduling routine maintenance tasks and assigning work orders.

Prioritizing work tasks and managing projects.

Ensuring timely completion of work orders and projects.

Supervision and Leadership
  • Leading and supervising maintenance staff, providing training and guidance.
  • Hiring, training, and potentially terminating staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies.
  • Motivating and fostering a proactive work culture within the team.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Developing and managing the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses and monitoring costs.
  • Procuring equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Overseeing equipment inventory and ordering necessary replacements.
Inspections and Problem Solving
  • Performing regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues.
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and coordinating repairs.

Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders using CMMS.
