• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all pastry items.

• Assist in the development, testing, and refinement of new and existing pastry recipes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure availability of ingredients and materials.

• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

• Stay updated on industry trends, seasonal ingredients, and emerging pastry techniques to enhance the menu offerings.

• 6 days, Morning and Afternoon shift
