Job summary

A leading mechanical company is hiring a BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Revit software and a strong understanding of MEP systems. Responsibilities also include resolving conflicts within the BIM model and collaborating with project stakeholders. Candidates with data centre experience are preferred. This position offers a structured work schedule, Monday to Friday with half days on select Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller with expertise in Revit software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in construction.
• Proficiency in clash detection and resolution within BIM models.

We're Hiring BIM MODELLER (Mechanical Company)

Location: Mount Austin, JB

Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st Saturday of each month/half day)

Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm / 8:30am – 1:00pm

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of MEP systems.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
• Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller with expertise in Revit software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in construction.
• Proficiency in clash detection and resolution within BIM models.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for BIM.
• Experience with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Certification in BIM or Revit software.
• Preferred: Data centre experience.
