Job summary
A technology solutions company is looking for a Sales Director based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The successful candidate will drive growth initiatives across regions including USA, EMEA, and APAC, strategically managing accounts and identifying new opportunities in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions. This role requires over 10 years of experience in sales within the semiconductor industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships. A BSEE or MSEE degree and familiarity with tools like Salesforce are preferred.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories.
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue and booking targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
