Job summary

Job description

Provide support in human resources and administration matters for a group of companies.

Handle foreign workers' related matters, including recruitment of new foreign workers, renewal of working permits, clearance of new arrivals, FOMEMA, PERKESO arrangements, and check-out memos.

Conduct induction programmes for all new hires.

Provide consistent support functions for staff payroll, recruitment, personal files, performance appraisals, confirmation, staff disciplinary actions, etc.

Liaise with government bodies regarding statutory issues and compliance such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc.

Coordinate with relevant departments to understand training and development needs.

Organize company activities such as trips, team building, annual dinners, and staff engagement events.

Maintain company assets, including vehicles, by renewing road tax, insurance, and inspections.

Undertake any other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel outstation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
