K CURTAIN ENTERPRISE is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Operation Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and order history

Process customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery

Prepare sales reports and assist with documentation

Assist with invoicing and maintaining sales-related financial records

Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on any issues or requests

Support the sales team with scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks

Help develop and maintain sales processes, tools, and templates

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales or client administration is preferred

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and a customer-focused attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
