Job summary

A leading company in electrical contracting seeks a Human Resources and Administration Executive. The role involves supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have strong interpersonal skills, particularly in Mandarin to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development.
• Manage attendance and leave records.
• Plan and organize company events/activities.

Job description

- Assist and support in any HR relevant works, not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, company activities & et

- To maintain and monitor the attendance, leave records & etc.

- Preparation of statutory payment and liase with government statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO and etc

- Manage personal files in both hard and soft copies, ensuring information is updated.

- Plan and organize company events/activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Administration

Responsibilities:

- Implement and control company policies

- Ensure the smooth running of the company’s overall administrative function

- Prepare and handle the administration and housekeeping of documentations

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, a Post Graduate Diploma, a Professional Degree, or a master's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience.

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is preferable; knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers and staffs.
